Location was the best. Walking and driving was easy and short to many food, shops and entertainment. Clean large room with lots of space. Needed an additional chair. And 1 lamp would not turn on. However i was to tired to ask for help. Making room a tad dark. It was quiet. Easy and quick access to park. Breakfast was great, check in and out was great. Staff was friendly. Bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again

unfortunately there was , the hall way had sopping wet carpet which when getting off you hit tile, if your in socks it's slippery ( normally I have shoes on ) Then possibly looked like fungus around the ceiling of the bathroom..

I have eyed balled this hotel for a really long time and I finally booked a room when I needed a hotel. But best hotel ever and Thank you Payton to the general manager who just gave exceptional customer service to my family and I. Beds were comfy (slept so good with the blackout curtains) free breakfast which was amazing. Everything was super clean and just tons of room. Great hotel, worth every penny. Thank you 😊

Absolutely the one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in ! In room coffee microwave fridge USB charging ports. Spacious bathroom marble walls Opposing mirrors so you can well you know. Spotless.. The night clerk a charming and very attractive young lady made me feel like I was home for the holidays!

Woke up in the middle of the night itching, at approx. time 0200hours, and found a bedbug on my bed. I notified Front Desk immediately. When I got out of bed, hit my foot from protruding screw from the same bed. By that time, we just checked out, departed at 0400hours. Provided a cup with a bedbug in it to the Front Desk agent. Hotel: Please don't rent Room 218 until it's treated with bedbug treatments. Location is great. It's near the freeway and walking distance to Oceanside Fair. Staff were very accommodating. We were offered a room change but at that point, all i could think of was a bedbug crawling on me. We departed early instead.

It started out with a run down room with a terrible odor. The mornings included no breakfast other than coffee and dry bread. The safe locked us out and the staff were extremely rude to us. We had no room service in the 7 days there and when we requested it they took our garbage and towels leaving us none. The pool area was run down and not at all clean. I’d give it a 1 but the location was ok. I’d never return.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Their breakfast alone is the reason to stay there 😅 super close to the beach and base. And lots of walkable places to visit in oside.
